Suzanne Tarasieve is delighted to present, for the first time in France, sculptures by the Indian artist Shanthamani. M, alongside new paintings by Australian artist Terry Taylor.

Terry Taylor has one tireless model for her cadaverous oil paintings: the human skull – the braincase, the cranium, the ʻbrainpanʼ. She paints skulls with an insistent repetition. Here stacked copiously as in medieval ossuaries or mass graves; here solitary and poised as for royal portraiture; here gussied up in elaborate costume for ceremonial scenes of marriage, sacrifice and biblical theatre.
